RENTAL FEE
Rentel Fee for Friday, Saturday and Sunday is $500 plus $100 refundable Maintenance Deposit.
Security Deposit of $250 of the $500 is due upon signing the Rental Contract to reserve your date.
Rental Fee for One Day is $400 plus $100 refundable Maintenance Deposit.
Security Deposit for One Day Rental is $200 of the $400 due upon signing the Rental Contract to reserve your date.
Maintenance Deposit and Balance of Rental Fee due upon receiving key before event. Maintenance Deposit will be mailed back to Renter after inspection of Pavilion.
Renter Must Be at least 18 years of age to rent Pavilion and sign Agreement.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A full refund of the deposit will be mailed to the contractual address if a cancellation is received up to 45 days prior to contracted event.
A refund of half the deposit ($125 or $100) will be mailed to the contractual address if a cancellation is received 15 - 44 days prior to contracted event.
No refund will be returned if a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to contracted event.
